Miriam brings a broad and versatile practice spanning real estate and development law, closely held business counseling, and estate planning and probate matters.
On the real estate side, Miriam represents clients across a wide range of commercial and residential transactions, including acquisitions, financing and lending, development, and leasing. She also advises clients on small business purchases and sales and entity selection, and handles estate planning, probate, and trust administration matters.
Outside the office, Miriam is an avid competitive and recreational sailor, a member of an a cappella women’s Slavic and Baltic singing group, and a devoted Boston Celtics fan.
