Attorney Nick Toyias concentrates his practice in the areas relating to the acquisition, development, financing, sale and leasing of commercial real estate.

He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Stonehill College in 2013 and his Juris Doctor (Cum Laude) from New England School of Law in 2016.

Mr. Toyias has represented numerous financial institutions in both commercial and residential lending transactions. He also advises his clients with complex real estate transactions, including the development and finance and leasing of office park spaces and large area shopping centers.

He has also represented many clients relative to the formation, purchase and sale of closely held business entities.

Mr. Toyias was named a Super Lawyers – Rising Star in 2020, and is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association. He resides in Newton, Massachusetts with his wife and two dogs.
