Barbara Dallis has over 35 years of experience in estate planning and trust and estate administration. With clarity, warmth, and compassion, Barbara advises clients on planning for loved ones’ needs, protecting family members, and providing for future generations. She designs structures to minimize transfer tax burdens, avoid probate, and preserve property across multiple generations.
Barbara handles sophisticated and traditional estate planning matters, routinely preparing wills, powers of attorney, and health care proxies. revocable and irrevocable trusts, and other vehicles to implement strategies that minimize taxes, facilitate asset management, and provide support for family members and individuals who cannot manage funds directly.
Guiding clients during times of loss, Barbara handles all aspects of estate and trust administration, as well as post-mortem planning. At clients’ request, she also serves as a professional Trustee on various family trusts.
