Eileen Y. Lee Breger is an experienced attorney specializing in estate planning and the administration of estates and trusts. She works with individuals, families, and business owners to craft and implement tailored estate plans that honor their personal objectives and provide for the orderly disposition of assets.

Her extensive experience includes counseling families regarding special needs planning and addressing the unique dynamics of blended families. With an LL.M. in Taxation, Eileen also advises clients on estate tax minimization and lifetime gifting strategies.

She values a collaborative, team-based approach, often coordinating with clients’ financial advisors and accountants to ensure every plan is comprehensive and cohesive.

In addition to her estate planning practice, Eileen represents Personal Representatives and Trustees with the complexities of estate and trust administration, including probate, trust funding, fiduciary accounting, and the preparation of estate tax returns.
